All roads lead to Cullohill in south Laois for some fabulous festival fun at the 2026 edition of The Folly Festival which has a new date this year.
The festival committee are delighted to announce that tickets for this year’s event are now on sale for the event which has been moved to the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, August 1 - 2, in Cullohill Castle, the organisers say the event will showcase an “incredible musical line up” at what is tagged Ireland's first ever gender balanced music and comedy weekend.
The festival kicks off on Saturday morning with an array of family-friendly daytime events, followed by music late into the night. The music returns from 4pm on Sunday which is promised not to disappoint.
Headlining on the Main Stage this year is Kilkenny singer Robert Grace who has achieved over 200 m audio streams and has accumulated over half a billion views / streams across TikTok / YouTube.
There’ll be some entertaining throwback tunes from tribute band Mack Fleetwood.
Ruaile Buaile also takes the stage with some "twisted-trad". The five-piece from the midlands are known for their high-energy blend of traditional Irish music, modern pop, and folk.
