Parts of Mountmellick are facing more water supply disruption just days after Storm Éowyn caused outages.
Uisce Éireann (formerly Irish Water) confirmed new connections will impact supplies in late January and early February.
The utility says works may cause supply disruptions to Francis Dunne Court, Patterson Estate, Twomey Terrace, Mountmellick and surrounding areas from 10 am until 2 pm Thursday, January 30.
Supply may also be disrupted to St Vincent's Community Nursing Unit, David Park, Grove Park, Ballycullenbeg and surrounding areas from 10 am until 2 pm on Friday, January 31.
Traffic will also be impacted for these works but Uisce Éireann says a management plan will be in place for the duration of the works.
Traffic management will also be in place for new connection works to David Park, Grove Park, Mountmellick and surrounding areas 10 am until 2 pm on Tuesday, February 4.
Uisce Éireann recommends customers allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for the supply to fully return.
