Patrick passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Joan (Cogley) Sadly missed by his loving wife Nelly Bolanos Hernández, Daughters Catraoine, Noelle, Son Stephen, Sons in law, Paul, David, daughter in law Caroline, and grandchildren Ciarán, Joe, Muirenn, Roisín, Mai, Ethan, Ellie, Brothers Brendan, Noel and sister Anne, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and friends in Ireland and Costa Rica. Patrick will repose at his daughter's residence (R32 KT04) Ballybrittas on Friday at 5pm to 8pm with recital of the rosary at 8pm.Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directorson Saturday the 2nd of November at 1:15pm to arrive to the Saint Brigid's church in The Curragh Camp (R56 H317) for 2 o’clock Requiem Mass.
Private cremation to follow at a later date. Family flowers only please. Donations in leu to The Irish Cancer Society. Donations box in church. Ann (Nancy) Conroy (née Barry)- The Downs, Portlaoise
Ann (Nancy) Conroy (nee Barry) late of Portlaoise, Co Laois and Belmont Nursing Home, Dublin. Died peacefully after a short illness and in the loving care of St Vincent’s hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her husband Frank and her brother Sean. Sadly missed by her loving family, Brian, Declan, Aiden and Kevin, their spouses, Martina, Perla, Julie and Olive, her grandchildren Aoife, Dearbhla, Jason, Declan, Sarah, Evan, Shane, Cathal and Cian, her sisters Mary and Imelda and a large circle of relatives and friends. May her soul rest in peace.
Nancy will repose at her family home, The Downs, Portlaoise, R32 FX0X on Thursday, 31st October, from 5pm to 8pm with prayers at 7.30pm. Removal on Friday, 1st November, at 11.45am to arrive at St Peter and Paul's Church for 12.30pm requiem mass. Interment afterwards in St Peter and Paul's Cemetery, Portlaoise. Caroline Nicholson Nee Doyle, 47 Kirwan Park, Mountmellick, Co. Laois died peacefully on 28th of October 2024 after an illness bravely borne in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary, her sister Jacqueline and her brother Brian. Sadly missed by her loving sons, Patrick, Gearoid and Brendan, their partners Emma, Millisa and Áine, grandchildren Corey, Leon, Aaron and Laura, sisters Josephine, Kathleen and Michelle, brothers John, William and Avan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many friends. Anne O'Reilly. (nee Delaney) Lakeglen Portlaoise and late of Church St Kingcourt Co. Cavan. 28th October 2024. Peacefully at Portlaoise Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother to Margaret and Christine, and Séan. Predeceased by her husband John O`Reilly and her daughter Deirdre. Christy Culleton- Clonaslee
Christy Culleton, Shracullen, Clonaslee, Co. Laois. Died unexpectedly on the 27th of October 2024.
Predeceased by his parents William and Mary, and siblings. Christy will be very sadly missed by his beloved brothers Michael and Seamus, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand nephews, sisters-in law Carmel and Christina, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. The death has taken place of Carmel Clancy, née O'Keeffe, of Fermoyle, Durrow, late of Portlaoise Road, Abbeyleix.
Passed away peacefully in her home after a short illness, bravely born.
Cherished wife of Eddie. Adored Mother to Roisin, Deirdre and Bonnie and son-in-law Eddie (Rowe),precious grandsons Rian, Iarlaith, Ruan and Tom. Predeceased by her loving family Mick, Marie, Rose (Kealey), Mai,Paddy and Billy. The death took place on Saturday, October 26 of Gregory Callaghan, Garrymore, Mountmellick Co. Laois and 8 Ashfield, Clonminch Road, Tullamore.
Predeceased by his dear parents James and Bridie and his brothers John Joe, Seamie and his sister Kathleen.

Reposing in his home on Tuesday from 3pm untill Removal at 5.15 to St Mary’s Church Clonaghadoo arriving for 6pm. Requiem Mass Wednesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St.Marys Cemetery.
Patricia Caden - Crettyard
The death occurred on Thursday, October 24 of Patricia Caden, nee Donnelly, Farnans, Crettyard, Carlow.
Died at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Beloved wife of the late Michael Vincent Caden who died November 1st 2023. Sadly missed by her heartbroken son Dennis, daughter Yvonne, sister Marie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Tuesday (Oct 29th) from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 2pm in St. Abban’s Church, Doonane. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
