Saturday, October 18 saw great crowds and a great atmosphere for Camross' annual Truck Run.

With the tractor run taking place on October 12, the annual Truck Run was equally as exciting for attendees and participants.
This year's run raised much needed funds raised in aid of Laois Offaly Families For Autism (LOFFA), with over €1,280 raised at the time this article was written.
Also in attendance on the day was Shane McLaughlin, the Guinness World Record holder and Paralympian from Co. Monaghan.
A raffle was also held on the day, with cash prizes totalling to a whopping €1,000, with a top prize of €500 up for grabs for one lucky winner.
Last year, the Camross Tractor and Truck run raised an amazing €17,044. Over €16,044 was donated towards Laois Offaly Families for Autism in March, with €1,000 donated to Camross Parish.
